Die österreichische Finanzmarktaufsichtsbehörde (FMA) hat mit Bekanntmachung im Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung vom 19. September 2018 mitgeteilt, dass der unbekannte Betreiber der Webseite www.afbauer.com mit angeblichem Sitz in Vienna Twin Tower, Wienerbergstraße 11, 1100 Wien, sowie Königinstraße 17, 80539 München, sowie World Trade Center, Leutschenbachstrasse 95, 8050 Zürich (Tel: +43 720 229067, +41435081899, info@afbauer.com) nicht berechtigt sind, konzessionspflichtige Bankgeschäfte in Österreich zu erbringen. Der Handel auf eigene oder fremde Rechnung mit Wertpapieren (Effektengeschäft) gemäß § 1 Abs. 1 Z 7 lit. e BWG ist dem Anbieter daher nicht gestattet.

The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) may inform the public in accordance with § 4 para. 7 1st sentence Banking Act (BWG) by publication on the Internet, reprint in the „Official Gazette of the Wiener Zeitung“ or in a newspaper with distribution throughout the Federal territory that a named natural person or legal entity (person) is not authorized to carry out certain banking transactions, provided that the person has given rise to it and information is required from the public and proportionate to possible disadvantages for the person concerned.
With announcement in the official gazette to the Viennese newspaper of 19 September 2018 the FMA announces therefore that the unknown operator of the web page

are not entitled to perform banking transactions requiring a license in Austria. Trading on own or third party account with securities (securities business) pursuant to § 1 para. 1 no. 7 lit. e BWG is therefore not permitted to the provider.
