Die BaFin weist darauf hin, dass sie „Crypto Code“ keine Erlaubnis gemäß § 32 des Kreditwesengesetzes (KWG) zum Betreiben von Bankgeschäften oder Erbringen von Finanzdienstleistungen im Inland erteilt hat. Das Unternehmen untersteht nicht der Aufsicht der BaFin.
„Crypto Code“ spricht potentielle deutsche Kunden per E-Mail an und wirbt unter den anonym registrierten Domains crypto-code.co und the-crypto-code.site auch in deutscher Sprache für ein angeblich automatisiertes Software-Programm zum Marginhandel von Kryptowährungspaaren. Das Unternehmen gibt seinen Sitz mit Estland an.
Crypto code is not an institution approved under § 32 KWG
BaFin points out that it has not granted „Crypto Code“ permission in accordance with Section 32 of the German Banking Act (Kreditwesengesetz – KWG) to conduct banking transactions or provide domestic financial services. The company is not under the supervision of BaFin.
„Crypto Code“ addresses potential German customers by e-mail and advertises under the anonymously registered domains crypto-code.co and the-crypto-code.site also in German for an allegedly automated software program for the margin trading of crypto currency pairs. The company is based in Estonia.
Krüptokood ei ole KWG § 32 alusel heakskiidetud asutus
BaFin juhib tähelepanu sellele, et ta ei ole andnud „krüptokoodi“ luba vastavalt pangandusseaduse (Kreditwesengesetz – KWG) paragrahvile 32 pangandustehingute tegemiseks või kodumaiste finantsteenuste osutamiseks. Ettevõte ei ole BaFini järelevalve all.
„Krüptokood“ käsitleb potentsiaalseid Saksa kliente e-posti teel ja reklaamib anonüümselt registreeritud domeenides krüpto-code.co ja -crypto-code. Ettevõte asub Eestis.
