Am 16. Mai 2019 hat die BaFin der FX PREMIUM Group Ltd das unerlaubt betriebene Kredit- und Depotgeschäft sowie die ebenfalls unerlaubt erbrachte Finanzportfolioverwaltung untersagt und die Abwicklung dieser Geschäfte angeordnet.
Die FX PREMIUM Group Ltd ist Betreiberin der Webseite www.fx-premium.com und investiert in diesem Zusammenhang für Anleger in Aktien, Devisen und Kryptowährungen. Als Nebendienstleistungen werden das Kreditgeschäft und das Depotgeschäft angeboten.
Damit betreibt die FX PREMIUM Group Ltd das Kreditgeschäft sowie das Depotgeschäft und erbringt die Finanzportfolioverwaltung ohne die erforderliche Erlaubnis der BaFin.
Die Gesellschaft behauptet zudem, von der BaFin beaufsichtigt zu sein. Dies trifft nicht zu.
Der Bescheid ist von Gesetzes wegen sofort vollziehbar, jedoch noch nicht bestandskräftig.
FX PREMIUM Group Ltd / fx-premium.com: BaFin prohibits unauthorized transactions and orders settlement
On May 16, 2019, BaFin prohibited FX PREMIUM Group Ltd from conducting unauthorized loan and custody business as well as its unauthorized financial portfolio management and ordered the winding up of these transactions.
FX PREMIUM Group Ltd operates the website www.fx-premium.com and invests in equities, foreign exchange and cryptocurrency investors. The lending business and the custody business are offered as ancillary services.
As a result, FX PREMIUM Group Ltd operates the lending and custody business and provides financial portfolio management without the required BaFin approval.
The company also claims to be supervised by BaFin. This is not true.
The decision is immediately enforceable by law, but not yet final.
