Die Österreichische Finanzmarktaufsichtsbehörde (FMA) hat mit Bekanntmachung im Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung vom 23.01.2019 mitgeteilt, dass Ligget Krier nicht berechtigt ist, konzessionspflichtige Bankgeschäfte oder Wertpapierdienstleistungen in Österreich zu erbringen. The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) may, inter alia, inform the public in accordance with § 4 (7) BWG and § 92 (11) WAG 2018 that a named natural person or legal entity may carry out certain banking transactions (§ 1 Abs. 1 BWG) or investment services transactions (§ 3 Para. 2 no. 1 to 4 WAG 2018), provided that person has given reason to do so and that information is required from the public and that it is proportionate with regard to possible disadvantages for the person concerned.
With announcement in the official gazette „Wiener Zeitung“ of 23.01.2019 the FMA informs therefore that

L’Autorité autrichienne des marchés financiers (FMA) peut notamment informer le public, conformément aux paragraphes 4 (7) BWG et 92 (11) WAG 2018, qu’une personne physique ou morale nommément désignée peut effectuer certaines opérations bancaires (§ 1 Abs. 1 BWG) ou des transactions de services d’investissement (§ 3 Paragraphe 2 n ° 1 à 4 du GAF 2018), à condition que cette personne ait fourni une raison de le faire et que cette information soit demandée au public et qu’elle soit proportionnée aux éventuels désavantages pour la personne concernée.
