COGI Limited Partnership and Canadian Oil & Gas International Inc. (collectively, the „Company“) filed for protection pursuant to the Companies‘ Creditors Arrangement Act („CCAA“) which was approved by the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta (the „Court“) pursuant to an order granted August 28, 2015 (the „Initial Order“).
