Die Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warnt die Öffentlichkeit vor der Website www.fifty3management.com, auf der ein Unternehmen Wertpapierdienstleistungen anbietet und vorgibt, in der Rue de la Poste L-2346 Luxemburg 20 gegründet und von der Commission de Surveillance reguliert zu werden du Secteur Financier.
Die CSSF informiert die Öffentlichkeit darüber, dass das Unternehmen, das sich auf dieser Website als 53Management präsentiert, nicht von der CSSF reguliert wird und keine Genehmigung zur Erbringung von Wertpapierdienstleistungen oder anderen Finanzdienstleistungen in oder von Luxemburg erhalten hat.
Die CSSF weist darauf hin, dass die in Luxemburg ordnungsgemäß zugelassene Gesellschaft für Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung, 53 Management S.à rl, SICAV-FIS, vorbehaltlich der Bestimmungen des Gesetzes vom 13. Februar 2007 über Spezialinvestitionen Fonds, bezieht sich nicht auf die in dieser Warnung genannte Website.

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.fifty3management.com where an entity offers investment services and pretends to be established at 20, rue de la Poste L-2346 Luxembourg and regulated by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier.
The CSSF informs the public that the entity presenting itself on this website as 53Management is not regulated by the CSSF and has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.
The CSSF would like to point out that the société à responsabilité limitée (private limited company), 53 Management S.à r.l., SICAV-FIS, duly authorised in Luxembourg and subject to the provisions of the Law of 13 February 2007 relating to specialised investment funds, is not related to the website referred to in this warning.
