Die BaFin hat mit Bescheid vom 6. Mai 2019 gegenüber der Elit Property Vision LTD., Sofia, Bulgarien, die sofortige Einstellung des grenzüberschreitenden Eigenhandels angeordnet.
Das Unternehmen bietet deutschen Kunden auf der von ihm betriebenen Handelsplattform www.britonprice.com finanzielle Differenzkontrakte (Contracts for Difference – CFD) an, die auf Grundwerte wie Währungen laufen.
Damit betreibt das Unternehmen gewerbsmäßig den Eigenhandel nach § 1 Absatz 1a Satz 1 Nr. 4 lit. c Kreditwesengesetz (KWG). Über die nach § 32 Absatz 1 KWG erforderliche Erlaubnis der BaFin verfügt es jedoch nicht. Es handelt daher unerlaubt.
Das Unternehmen tritt als Nachfolger für geschlossene Handelsplattformen auf und bietet einen Ausgleich der über diese Plattformen erlittenen Verluste an. Außerdem betreibt es weitere Handelsplattformen (CryptoFG, PrimeXclub, Stockstpbrokers) für die es keine Erlaubnis der BaFin hat.
Derzeit tritt eine Vielzahl von potenziell unseriösen Handelsplattformen an den Markt heran. Bei einigen besteht auch der Verdacht der organisierten Kriminalität. Die BaFin und die Polizei haben bereits Anfang Dezember 2018 vor betrügerischen internationalen Online-Handelsplattformen gewarnt. Zudem veröffentlicht die BaFin auf ihrer Webseite weitere Informationen zu unerlaubt betriebenen Geschäften einzelner Handelsplattformen.

Elit Property Vision Ltd/ PrimexClub es una estafa. Aquí las pruebas:
1. Todos los brókers enumerados a continuación pertenecen a la empresa Elit Property Vision Ltd/PrimexClub. No se encuentran regulados y se han cambiado de nombre en distintas ocasiones: http://www.capital245.com, http://www.bitcoinoie.com, http://www.jbcapitals.com/, http://www.xcoinbroker.com, http://www.mmfinancialexperts.com y wwww.richmondfx.com.
Los siguientes brókers: http://www.tradeprofitweb.com, http://www.capital245.com y Bitcoinoie FinServices LTD, declaran en sus términos y condiciones pertenecer a una tal Mountain High LTD, Capital245 FinServices LTD y Bitcoinoie FinServices LTD. Sin embargo, siguen siendo parte del mismo grupo fraudulento y solo se han cambiado la denominación para pasar desapercibidos (te explicamos más en el punto 3).
Algunas páginas webs ya no funcionan como: Richmondfx y xcoinbroker.
2. Una gran cantidad de organismos de regulación internacionales ya han emitido numerosas advertencias contra estas webs y «empresas»: la primera de la CNMV contra Elit Property Vision: http://cnmv.es/Portal/ResultadoBusqueda.aspx?tipo=1&nombre=ELIT%20PROPERTY%20VISION%20LTD. Donde la CNMV enlista todas las empresas que trabajan con bajo el nombre de Elit Property Vision.

3. Todas las páginas tiene el mismo diseño, la misma información, obviamente los mismos términos y condiciones y aquí fue dónde nos dimos cuenta que Capital 245, Trade Profit Web y Bitcoinoie siguen formando parte de Elit Property Vision Ltd.
4. Todos estos supuestos brókers se encuentran registrados bajo la misma dirección falsa, 1574 Sofia, R.A, Hristo Smirnenski, 112 Geo Milev Str., Partner Floor, Office 1 y como es de costumbre entre los brókers scam, sus números de contacto se localizan en Inglaterra.
