Die Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) als zuständige Aufsichtsbehörde in Luxemburg hat dem Zahlungsinstitut „CYBERservices Europe S.A.“, (Zulassungsnummer Z00000008) vorübergehend die Erbringung von Zahlungsdiensten untersagt.
TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF THE PROVISION OF SERVICES BY CYBERSERVICES EUROPE S.A.
The CSSF publishes in accordance with Article 38 (6) of the Law of 10 November 2009 on payment services its decision to request the temporary suspension of the provision of payment services by the payment institution CYBERservices Europe S.A.
The CSSF, the competent authority under the Law of 10 November 2009 on payment services, has decided to request CYBERservices Europe S.A., a Luxembourg payment institution (with the authorisation number Z00000008), to temporarily suspend its provision of payment services on the basis of Article 38, paragraph 2, c).
The decision is based on the fact that the company does not comply with certain legal requirements under the payment services law. The CSSF will duly keep the public informed on this prudential measure.Luxembourg, 25 July 2019
