Warnung vor betrügerischen Aktivitäten unter Verwendung der Kontaktdaten des luxemburgischen Unternehmens Bellecour Capital
Die Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warnt die Öffentlichkeit vor Missbrauch der Kontaktdaten der Gesellschaft nach luxemburgischem Recht Bellecour Capital.
Unbekannte Personen kontaktieren unaufgefordert mögliche Investoren und präsentieren sich unter dem Namen „Bellcour Capital“. Diese Personen bieten insbesondere ein Sparkonto namens „BCP“ an. Dabei versenden sie E-Mails mit dem Adressformat contact@bellecour-capital.com, geben vor, von der CSSF reguliert zu werden und missbrauchen den Namen und die Anschrift des Unternehmens Bellecour Capital.
Die CSSF weist darauf hin, dass die Gesellschaft Bellecour Capital, ein spezialisierter Investmentfonds, der den Bestimmungen des Gesetzes vom 13. Februar 2007 über spezialisierte Investmentfonds unterliegt, und ein im Sinne des Gesetzes vom 12. Juli 2013 über Verwalter alternativer Investmentfonds, steht in keinem Zusammenhang mit diesen Aktivitäten.
Warning concerning fraudulent activities misusing the contact details of the Luxembourg company Bellecour Capital
The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the activities misusing the contact details of the company incorporated under Luxembourg law Bellecour Capital.
Unknown persons contact without solicitation possible investors and present themselves using the name “Bellcour Capital”. These persons offer notably a savings account called “BCP”. In doing so, they send emails with the address format contact@bellecour-capital.com, pretend to be regulated by the CSSF and misuse the name and address of the company Bellecour Capital.
The CSSF would like to specify that the company Bellecour Capital, a specialised investment fund subject to the provisions of the Law of 13 February 2007 relating to specialised investment funds and an alternative investment fund manager registered within the meaning of the Law of 12 July 2013 on alternative investment fund managers, is not related to these activities.
