Die luxemburgische Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) hat eine Warnung vor der Webseite www.clbrm-private.com herausgegeben, auf der ein Unternehmen namens GW Investments Finanzgeschäfte anbietet. Das Unternehmen hat laut der Webseite seinen Sitz in der 12 Rue Guillaume Schneider in 2522 Luxemburg (Email: office@gw-investments.com). Die CSSF weist darauf hin, dass das Unternehmen nicht im Zusammenhang mit der beaufsichtigen GW Investments S.à r.l. steht.
Des Weiteren warnt die CSSF vor dem Unternehmen Concept One, das auf der Webseite www.conceptone-invest.com Investments anbietet. Concept One soll seinen Sitz in der 3 rue Henri M. Schnadt in Luxemburg haben. Auch hier weist die CSSF darauf hin, dass das Unternehmen in keinerlei Verbindung zur autorisierten Concept I Sicav steht.

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.clbrm-private.com where an entity presents itself as asset management company and investment consulting firm under the name of GW Investments. The CSSF informs the public that the entity which presents itself as GW Investments is not regulated by the CSSF and has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg. The CSSF would like to specify that the company incorporated under Luxembourg law GW Investments S.à r.l. has no relation with the website referred to in this warning.

Schnadt in Luxembourg, offers investment services (including an investment account “Vitalis”) and portfolio management services under the name of Concept One. The CSSF informs the public that the entity presenting itself as Concept One is not regulated by the CSSF and has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg. Furthermore, the CSSF wishes to specify that Concept I Sicav, an undertaking for collective investment incorporated under Luxembourg law which is duly authorised in Luxembourg and subject to the provisions of the Law of 17 December 2010 relating to undertakings for collective investment, has no relation with the entity referred to in this warning.
