Die Österreichische Finanzmarktaufsichtsbehörde (FMA) hat mit Bekanntmachung im Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung vom 27.04.2019 mitgeteilt, dass
AlgoTechs mit Sitz in 111 Piccadilly, Manchester and 30 St, Mary Axe, London (www.algotechs.com, support@algotechs.com, +43 720022421)
nicht berechtigt ist, konzessionspflichtige Wertpapierdienstleistungen in Österreich zu erbringen. Es ist dem Anbieter daher die gewerbliche Portfolioverwaltung (§ 3 Abs 2 Z 2 WAG 2018) nicht gestattet.
The Austrian Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FMA) may inform the public by announcing on the Internet or in a newspaper distributed throughout the Federal territory that a named natural or legal person is not authorized to carry out certain investment services transactions (§ 3 (2) items 1 to 4) if such person has given reason to do so and information is required from the public and proportionate to possible harm to the person concerned.
With announcement in the official gazette to the Viennese newspaper of 27.04.2019 the FMA informs therefore that
AlgoTechs (111 Piccadilly, Manchester and 30 St, Mary Ax, London, www.algotechs.com, support@algotechs.com, +43 720022421)
is not entitled to provide investment services subject to a license in Austria. For this reason, the provider is not permitted to use commercial portfolio management (§ 3 (2) no. 2 WAG 2018).
