Die CSSF warnt die Öffentlichkeit vor der Website https://platinum-am-lu.com/ und vor unbekannten Personen, die potenzielle Anleger unaufgefordert kontaktieren, um ihnen Anlagedienstleistungen anzubieten, darunter insbesondere ein sogenanntes „DMA-Konto“ („compte DMA “), indem sie vorgab, in „31 boulevard Royal, Luxembourg“ ansässig zu sein und den Hauptsitz in „239 Route d’Arlon, Luxembourg“ zu haben.
Dabei versenden sie E-Mails im Adressformat InitialOfFirstname.Surname@platinum-am-lu.com und präsentieren sich unter dem Namen „PLATINUM ASSET MANAGEMENT (Luxembourg)“.

The CSSF warns the public of the website https://platinum-am-lu.com/ and of unknown persons who contact without solicitation potential investors to offer them investment services, including notably a so-called “DMA account” (“compte DMA”), by pretending to be established at “31 boulevard Royal, Luxembourg” and to have the head office at “239 Route d’Arlon, Luxembourg”.
In doing so, they send emails using the address format InitialOfFirstname.Surname@platinum-am-lu.com and present themselves under the name “PLATINUM ASSET MANAGEMENT (Luxembourg)”.
