Die Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warnt die Öffentlichkeit vor der Website https://myaccountorbit.com/ und vor E-Mails, die von einer oder mehreren Personen mit dem E-Mail-Adressformat „name.surname@orbit-private.com“ gesendet werden um Wertpapierdienstleistungen anzubieten, indem der Name der Wertpapierfirma nach luxemburgischem Recht missbraucht wird Orbit Private Asset Management SA
Die CSSF weist darauf hin, dass die Wertpapierfirma Orbit Private Asset Management SA, die in Luxemburg gemäß dem Gesetz vom 5. an die Person(en) unter Verwendung des in dieser Warnung genannten E-Mail-Adressformats.

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website https://myaccountorbit.com/ and of emails sent by one person or more using the email address format “name.surname@orbit-private.com” in order to offer investment services by misusing the name of the investment firm incorporated under Luxembourg law Orbit Private Asset Management S.A.
The CSSF would like to specify that the investment firm Orbit Private Asset Management S.A., duly authorised in Luxembourg in accordance with the Law of 5 April 1993 on the financial sector and subject to the CSSF’s supervision, is not related to the above-mentioned website nor to the person(s) using the email address format referred to in this warning.
