The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.nexgenpartners.co.uk, where an entity offers investment services and pretends to be established at 11-13 Boulevard de la Foire, L-1528 Luxembourg and to be regulated by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier.

The CSSF informs the public that the entity presenting itself on this website as Nexgen Partners is not regulated by the CSSF and has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.

The CSSF would like to point out that the company incorporated under Luxembourg law, NeXgen Partners, SARL, an alternative investment fund manager registered pursuant to the Law of 12 July 2013, is not related to the website referred to in this warning.
