nicht berechtigt ist, konzessionspflichtige Bankgeschäfte in Österreich zu erbringen. Es ist dem Anbieter daher der gewerbliche Handel auf eigene oder fremde Rechnung (§ 1 Abs 1 Z 7 BWG) nicht gestattet.
The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) may, inter alia, in accordance with § 4 para 7 Banking Act (BWG) inform the public that a named natural or legal person is not authorized to carry out certain banking transactions (§ 1 Abs 1 BWG), if this person has given cause which requires information from the public and is proportionate to the potential disadvantages of the person concerned.
With announcement in the official gazette to the Viennese newspaper of 27.04.2019 the FMA informs therefore that Go T limited (GoTechFx) (Trust Company Complex, Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island, Majuro, Republic of Marshall Islands MH 96960, https://gotechfx.com/en, +44 1134013533, support@gotechfx.com)
is not entitled to perform banking transactions requiring a license in Austria. Therefore, the provider is not permitted to trade on its own or for another’s account (§ 1 para. 1 no. 7 BWG).
