Instafx24 LTD fehlt Berechtigung

Die österreichische Finanzmarktaufsichtsbehörde (FMA) hat mitgeteilt, dass der Betreiber der Website „Instafx24 LTD“ mit Sitz im Trust Company Complex,
Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island, Majuro Marshall Islands, MH 96960 (Tel.: +441213143345, E-Mail: support@instafx24.com), nicht berechtigt ist, konzessionspflichtige Bankgeschäfte in Österreich zu erbringen. Der Handel auf eigene oder fremde Rechnung mit Finanzterminkontrakten (Futures) einschließlich gleichwertigen Instrumenten mit Barzahlung und Kauf- und Verkaufsoptionen auf die in lit a und d bis f genannten Instrumente einschließlich gleichwertigen Instrumenten mit Barzahlung (Termin- und Optionsgeschäft) und Wertpapieren (Effektengeschäft) gemäß § 1 Abs. 1 Z 7 lit c und e BWG ist dem Anbieter daher nicht gestattet.

The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) may inform the public in accordance with § 4 para. 7 1st sentence Banking Act (BWG) by publication on the Internet, reprint in the „Official Gazette of the Wiener Zeitung“ or in a newspaper with distribution throughout the Federal territory that a named natural person or legal entity (person) is not authorized to carry out certain banking transactions, provided that the person has given rise to it and information is required from the public and proportionate to possible disadvantages for the person concerned. With announcement in the official gazette to the Viennese newspaper of 17.July 2018 the FMA informs therefore that the operator of the website Instafx24 LTD Trust Company Complex Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island Majuro Marshall Islands, MH 96960 Tel: +441213143345 support@instafx24.com is not entitled to perform banking transactions requiring a license in Austria. Trading on own or third party accounts with futures contracts, including equivalent cash instruments and call and put options on the instruments referred to in lit a and d to f, including equivalent instruments with cash (futures and options) and securities (securities) pursuant to § 1 para. 1 no. 7 lit c and e BWG is therefore not permitted to the provider.
