Die österreichische Finanzmarktaufsichtsbehörde (FMA) kann gemäß § 4 Abs. 7 1. Satz Bankwesengesetz (BWG) durch Kundmachung im Internet, Abdruck im „Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung“ oder in einer Zeitung mit Verbreitung im gesamten Bundesgebiet die Öffentlichkeit informieren, dass eine namentlich genannte natürliche oder juristische Person (Person) zur Vornahme bestimmter Bankgeschäfte nicht berechtigt ist, sofern diese Person dazu Anlass gegeben hat und eine Information der Öffentlichkeit erforderlich und im Hinblick auf mögliche Nachteile des Betroffenen verhältnismäßig ist. Mit Bekanntmachung im Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung vom 13. Juli 2018 teilt die FMA daher mit, dass der unbekannte Betreiber der Internetseite www.kainzwa.com mit angeblichem Sitz in The Shard, 32 London Bridge St, London SE1 9SG, Vereinigtes Königreich, sowie 8401 Kalsdorf bei Graz, Tel: +44 (0)20 3868 3467, +437 (0)20 882 561, admin@kainzwa.com, austria@kainzwa.com nicht autorisiert ist zu Bankgeschäften in Österreich.
www.kainzwa.com is not authorized to perform banking transactions requiring a license in Austria. Therefore, the provider is not permitted to accept third-party funds for administration pursuant to § 1 (1) (1) first case BWG.
